Two Words - Great Impact!!

Thank you,
Two words,
Yet so powerful
Gratitude
Appreciation
Warmth
Love
Admiration
Sincerity
Joy
Emotions felt
When one says
Thank you!
"An attitude of gratitude creates blessings."-- Sir John Marks Templeton

How many times do we look at what’s wrong with our lives? When we complain about the credit-crunch, the highest inflation rate in the world in my homeland, our friends, lack of extra money to buy those Balenciaga sandals (m sure some-one will get the hint and get them for me..lol…), our naughty children, the men in our lives, the women in our lives…you get my drift don’t you…we complain! But how often do you stop and say Thank You? One of the two magic words my mom taught me growing up, the other was ‘please’. I’ll give you an example, if you gave some-one a gift and they somehow didn’t say thank you for it…would you give them another gift or you would mutter ‘ungrateful git?’ So don’t you think the main Man is the same..ok he mightnt say the word 'git'?In order to attract more of the blessings, shouldn’t we thank him for those that we already have? When we pray most of the times we’re telling him what we want, but lets also just pray to say 'thank you, I see that you’re working wonders in my life and I am ever so grateful'.

Appreciation can make a day, even change a life. Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary. ~ Margaret Cousins

I always feel so happy when a blogger says to me ‘thank you’! I feel like I’ve actually helped some-one with my words or support…so how often do we say thank you to those outside of our virtual world? And Thanksgiving Day shouldnt be just a one day thing, it should be EVERYDAY!! Those two words can touch and warm some-one who was feeling unloved, they can brighten up some-one’s life and most of all they make them feel appreciated. And we all love knowing we are valued for our uniqueness, the essence of us and just being who we are! Guys I urge you to text/fb/email/call or whatever form of communication you choose to use to say THANK YOU to all those in your lives and dont forget the Main Man above!! Make a list of all those that have helped you this year alone...you'll be surprised how you could have over-looked their act of kindness or maybe they didnt even know that they helped you at the point in time...thank them!! Thank YOU for passing through this page, my special ones (u know yourselves) thank you, and as always happy sexing!xoxo

This post is complete in itself. I took out these words because from Blogville, I learnt that putting the appreciating in writing really makes a difference.

Thanks for this beautiful post as usual.

Yes, thank you for this post! It's far too easy to focus on the things I don't have. I was just saying on someone else's blog that I'd like to start having my thankful Tuesday posts; not that I'll only be thankful on that one day, but rather to motivate myself to be always thinking of things that I am grateful for all the time.

hey Sho, you didnt have to put up a whole post to show how eternally thankful you are for me, im sure a line or two would have done the trick lol.......a thankful heart is a joyous heart, if you automatically appreciate the good people do you learn to be a positive person always looking out for the good in life and in people, its true we dont often say thank you enough, we often say please coz we are trying to get something out of someone...please can I, please can you, please will you blah blah blah yet thank you is far down the spectrum constantly replaced by words such as cheers, or you shouldnt have, or wow, or you are a great sport just to avoid saying the two words.
